Return Policy

This Return & After-Sales Policy applies to purchases made from the eu.linogy.com.

This policy does not affect your legal rights in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country or region. The terms specified in this policy should be executed to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. When this policy is in conflict with your local laws, your local laws shall prevail.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return shipping & costs

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

1. Quality-related returns:
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or arrives damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, Linogy will typically provide a pre-paid return label, or reimburse the return shipping costs when the returned item is back to us.

2. Change-of-mind / 30-day guarantee / incorrect order by customer:
If you are returning for reasons such as:
- ordered the wrong model,
- changed your mind or no longer need the product,
- entered the wrong shipping address,
- refused delivery for reasons not related to quality
Then, in principle, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We may deduct the return shipping cost from your refund, instead of charging you separately. In all cases, you should follow our return instructions and use the return label or method we provide wherever possible, to ensure safe and trackable return of the goods.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund methods & timing

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase (for example, the original credit card, PayPal account or other payment account). We do not support refunds to a different card or bank account.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we aim to process the refund within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you do not see your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist.

Replacement for damaged or defective items


In the following situations, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on your preference:

1. Products damaged in transit
If your product arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery (ideally within 7 days) with photos of the packaging and product.
After assessment, we may send a replacement, or provide a refund, and arrange or cover return of the damaged item if needed.

2. Wrong item received
If you received the wrong model or product, contact us and we will arrange shipment of the correct product, and return of the incorrect item is at our cost.

3. Early-stage defects (within 30 days)
If a defect appears soon after delivery, we may, depending on availability and local law:
-offer a replacement of the same model, or
- process a refund if replacement is not practical.
If the defect occurs after 30 days but within the legal guarantee or our commercial warranty period, our Warranty Policy will apply (typically repair or replacement first, then refund where warranted by law).

Situations where returns may be refused

Subject always to your statutory rights, Linogy may refuse a return or only offer a partial refund if:

- the return request is submitted after the 30-day commercial return period, and no statutory right applies;
- the product is returned more than 7 days after we authorised the return;
- the product is missing essential components or accessories and this materially affects its value or usability;
- inspection shows no defect or that the problem is caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or other reasons outside warranty scope;
- the product shows more wear or damage than can be justified by normal inspection during the withdrawal period.
