We do not ship to the United Kingdom, overseas territories, or some remote islands within these countries.

Due to tariff and VAT restrictions, we currently do not ship directly to Switzerland or Norway. If you are located in one of these countries and can provide the required ID information and handle all customs and tax formalities yourself, please contact us at hello@linogy.com so we can further process your order.

Shipping Cost & Shipping Address

- Free shipping over €99 to the inland areas of the following countries.
- Products will be shipped from the German warehouse.
- Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. This refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipping and does not include delivery time. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
- If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be lengthened.
- Shipping costs will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Remote or Island Addresses. (We cannot accurately select island-type addresses for shipping settings, so we will communicate with you to cancel the order after the order is generated.) Below are some of the addresses that that shipping is currently not available:

Tariff and VAT:

Since we only ship within EU Member States, your order is not subject to customs duties and you won’t be charged any import tariffs. If you are charged with tariff fees by customs, please contact us for help or reimbursement. (hello@linogy.com)

The displayed prices of products sold in xTool EU store are VAT exclusive. You'll see the ultimate VAT at checkout based on your address.

For business owners with tax-exempt status, deals can be made at tax-exempt prices. Please contact us at hello@linogy.com.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

Updates regarding order modifications, refunds, and shipping status will also be communicated to you via email in real time.

Address Accuracy, Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address, contact name and phone number are complete and accurate when you place the order. Notification emails will be sent to the address used during checkout or the one registered with your account. If the provided email address is invalid or inactive, Linogy is not responsible for any resulting loss or risk.

If you need to modify your address, contact us at hello@linogy.com within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we will ship to the address provided in your order. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If you change your mind midway, please don't just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation (hello@linogy.com), and we will handle the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from rejection.

Please contact us at hello@linogy.com within 7 days of the delivery suggested by the official tracking system of logistics companies if you do not receive the order, or we shall bear no responsibility on this occasion.

If your package or items inside arrive damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us at hello@linogy.com with photos or videos for verification.
